Best Ever License Plate
While driving to work, I saw a silver car with the coolest personalized license plate I've ever seen.
It said, RUT-ROW.I actually have a Scooby-Doo floor mat in the passenger-side rear seat of my car. Ah, now if only I had that license plate to go with it. :)
What's the best license plate you've seen?

I didn't see it personally, but I heard about it on the interweb. So it's probably untrue, but it would still be cool.

I saw this VA plate driving down I-66 west one day, and almost went off the road:
TMSRVO
I've seen many other good ones--can't remember them all--but that one definitely stuck in my memory.
I'm a bit behind. I haven't actually seen this one, but it made me think of Jeff.
