Water

Big Dawg had a leak on the rubber seal of his car door. With all the rain we've had, his car became a rain gauge pretty quickly.

After drying it out and fixing the leak, he stood outside pouring water over his car to make sure the seal would hold. He got some strange looks.

"If I water my Camry," he quipped, "Maybe it'll grow into a hybrid!"

Optimism is a beautiful thing.

Fired?

OoRah leaned over my cubial wall. "Am I being fired?"

OoRah really enjoys asking me questions without context. It gives him joy to confuse me.

Thinking fast, I replied, "Not that I know of. But I could put in a word for you if you'd like."

I try to be helpful, really I do.

American Idol fans... Allison Iraheta got robbed! Granted, I didn't think she'd win the whole thing, but I sure thought she was better than Danny this week. Heck, the infamous *Sanjaya* was better than Danny this week.
